Living Area: If you log on to your favourite apps on the TV, please be sure to log off at the end of your stay.

Heating Instructions: Central heating Important There is no need to adjust or touch the boiler during your stay. The boiler is pre-set and managed automatically. If you experience any issues with heating or hot water, please contact us and we will assist you.

Kitchen: Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen.

Trash/rubbish: There is a bin in the kitchen. The black is for everyday waste. If you need to empty the bins, there is a waste area in the garden on your right-hand side. Black bin is for general waste, Blue is for cardboard, Brown is for dry mixed recycling. Please separate bottles and cardboards from general waste, so that it is easy for housekeepers to bin.

Bin day: Our bin day is on Wednesday morning. If you are staying on a Sunday night, please help us bring out the bin. I will inform you on the colour of bin to be collected. Thank you.

Laundry: There is a washing machine in the kitchen that you can use. Iron and ironing board are available too.

Bathroom: please turn on the extractor outside the bathroom before having a shower. It is located at the top right corner on top of the door. Or open the window for ventilation.
